
Deborah Rosencrans is a writer/producer with credits on over a dozen features and short films.
In 2016, she co-wrote and produced the short, Forgotten War, which was selected for the international Different Faces, Different Voices Film Festival. She also associate-produced the feature film, Theory of Conflict, and the short film, The Toymaker.
Deborah has served in numerous capacities throughout her film career. She has worked in production management, costuming, location scouting, props, and casting. Of note are her roles as costume supervisor on the feature film, Grace, and costume designer on the award-winning short, East of Hollywood.
She is currently producing her first documentary, Women in Blue, about women in law enforcement.
Deborah began her career as a career counselor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2009, she took the advice she gave to many of her students: explore your true passion. She now produces film full-time.
